Inspired by the School of Hard Knocks from twenty plus years of working in the music business, I found it important not to get mad at people or upset by events I could not control. In my efforts to see the humorous side and be able to laugh at the end of the day, I created Rrroad Trip. In Rrroad Trip, the player becomes Victor's manager & agent, navigating through the triumphs and pitfalls of the music business to help him make 1 Million dollars and record an Award winning Album. Inspired by Laura Carbone's photographs of the many faces of Victor Wainwright, this is also a collection of mini photos capturing Victor in motion as he works his way from one great performance to the next, while making many new friends along his Journey.
RULES OF THE GAME
Each player starts by rolling the dice - the player with the highest number begins, then the 2nd highest and so on. If a player lands on a Tile that is occupied by another player or on the Start Tile, the same rule as the Lucky Dog Card applies and the player rolls again with double dice and turns over the Tile they land on. Keep a running tally of your gig Receipts and Expenses on your ‘profit sheet’. The 1st player who makes 1 Million Dollars wins! Whenever a player rolls into the 'red' and ends up with a negative sum of money, that player can either forfeit and drop-out of the game or buy the other players a round of drinks to remain in the game and take another chance at rolling the dice!
